What you will do

• Advise on employee relations (ER) matters including performance, disciplinaries, grievances, and employee welfare.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to provide pragmatic people solutions.
• Manage HR operational delivery, including onboarding, system integrity, and coordination with payroll.
• Coach managers on performance and people management to build organizational capability.
• Champion the "Belonging at Bauer" strategy to foster a positive and inclusive working environment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Employment Law (CIPD Level 5 is desirable).
• Proven experience managing ER cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office in a hybrid capacity.
