What you will do

• Design, document, and continuously improve global HR processes and operating procedures.
• Utilize ServiceNow to build efficient, intuitive, and scalable end-to-end employee experiences.
• Lead process standardization and optimization projects across various regions and teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver automation and transformation plans.

Requirements

• Experience in HR process design, optimization, and governance within a complex global organization.
• Hands-on experience utilizing ServiceNow for HR service delivery and workflows.
• Background in HR operations and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience operating within regulated environments such as FCA, GDPR, or SMCR.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process simplification.
