What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for General KYC ecosystem improvements.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria to support customer onboarding, due diligence, and compliance processes.
• Support delivery execution and solution readiness, including managing dependencies.
• Perform release & change impact analysis and assess impacts of changes/releases.
• Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to drive problem resolution.
• Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme teams.

Requirements

• Experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, and process modelling.
• Ability to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with release & change impact analysis, data analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile delivery practices.
• Knowledge of API and integration concepts and data mapping.
• Experience/knowledge in KYC, AML, customer due diligence, onboarding processes, periodic reviews, and regulatory change delivery in banking or financial services.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge.
