What you will do

• Lead discovery activities to understand business objectives and operational workflows for industrial AI solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across engineering, robotics, AI, and business domains.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and delivery-ready specifications.
• Define requirements for digital twins, simulation environments, and autonomous systems.
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and robotics engineers to shape scalable solutions.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes for AI-powered products.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland or Ukraine.
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst on complex technology, engineering, or AI initiatives.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and process modeling.
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, robotics, or digital twins.
• Understanding of sensor-driven systems and operational workflows.
• Proficiency in defining functional and non-functional requirements for industrial software.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
