Location: Warsaw. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Salary: 115088–177059 PLN (estimated starting compensation range).

What you will do

• Facilitate requirements discovery sessions and analyze business workflows, user needs, business rules, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
• Develop and maintain Functional Requirements Documents and related delivery artifacts (process flows, use cases, field definitions, reports, interfaces, and business rules).
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessment across workflows, reports, interfaces, configurations, and dependent processes.
• Manage change requests with requirement updates, rationale, impacts, approval status, and end-to-end traceability through design, development, testing, and customer validation.
• Partner with QA to align test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria; support requirement validation, defect triage, and UAT.
• Support delivery and handoff by participating in reviews, walkthroughs, demos, readiness discussions, and transition of requirement knowledge to service/post-go-live teams.

Requirements

• Typically 3 to 5 years of business analysis, requirements management, systems delivery, or software implementation experience.
• Experience creating functional requirements and delivery artifacts such as process documentation, use cases, and user stories.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Strong written communication and facilitation skills to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, PMO, and customer stakeholders).

Nice to have

• Experience with requirements management/delivery tools such as Polarion or Jira.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or regulated technology delivery projects.
• Exposure to business process modeling, traceability practices, and formal change control.
• Familiarity with lottery, gaming, enterprise systems, or complex transaction-based platforms.
