What you will do

• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Draft detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use-case scenarios.
• Partner with the Team Lead to validate technical constraints and business logic.
• Maintain an organized product backlog and knowledge base.
• Create wireframes, process flow diagrams, and data mappings.

Requirements

• Fluent, high-level English skills for documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Solid background in business analysis, systems analysis, or product ownership.
• Experience with web and mobile application ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build wireframes, process flows, and data mappings.
• Analytical, structured, and highly collaborative approach.
