What you will do

• Monitor and search pre-determined websites for regulatory filings such as prospectuses and pricing supplements.
• Identify and extract key data points and tables from complex regulatory documents.
• Verify automated data identification performed by internal systems to ensure accuracy.
• Handle internal escalations regarding content issues and data quality.
• Maintain high standards of work quality within project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage administrative tasks including timely submission of timesheets and billings.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Cluj-Napoca.
