Location: Bucharest, Romania — Dacia One; occasional travel to Amsterdam twice a year.

What you will do

• Represent the customer voice and improve administration journeys across digital banking touchpoints.
• Design, validate, maintain, and optimize customer journeys, personas, screens, and digital solutions.
• Analyze customer, business, legal, and technical requirements and translate them into clear business requirements and desired outcomes.
• Support product roadmaps, quarterly priorities, and backlog prioritization with Product Owners and Customer Journey Experts.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, stakeholders, and multiple Agile squads through design sprints and Scrum ceremonies.
• Investigate incidents, query databases and OnePAM data, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate production-ready changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Banking industry experience and a solid understanding of IT solutions.
• Ability to understand complex customer and employee journeys, data structures, and data models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
