What you will do

• Design, validate, and optimize customer administration journeys across a complex channel landscape.
• Translate business, legal, and technical requirements into effective digital solutions and user stories.
• Co-manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and other experts.
• Create customer personas and collaborate with UX designers to build user-friendly interfaces.
• Identify and resolve incidents by performing data queries in databases and analyzing customer journeys.
• Perform functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure production readiness.

Requirements

• Based in Bucharest, Romania.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience within the banking industry and a solid understanding of IT solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to map complex customer and employee journeys.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication with high-impact stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
