Senior Financial Services Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Canada, with working locations including Toronto, Halifax, Calgary, Vancouver, Ottawa, Kitchener, Waterloo, Hamilton, or Truro. Salary: CA$120,000–CA$160,000 per year, with potential incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution and operationalize the long-term strategy for the Financial Services and Payments line of business.
• Build and manage KPI reporting, performance reviews, financial health reporting, and executive presentations.
• Translate business insights into recommendations for revenue growth, margin expansion, cost efficiency, and P&L impact.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales, Support, and Data.
• Evaluate pricing, promotions, strategic customer offers, budgets, forecasts, ROI, and financial outcomes.
• Manage strategic partner initiatives and collaborate on contracts, renewals, and agreements with embedded finance partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS business management.
• Experience managing or influencing a P&L, with strong financial and analytical skills.
• Understanding of financial services economics, including pricing, attach rates, cost optimization, and margin management.
• Experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, business judgment, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
