What you will do

• Manage key business metrics and KPI reporting in collaboration with Finance and Data teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on growth, margin expansion, and operational scalability.
• Influence decisions across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure commercial alignment.
• Approve strategic customer offers and pricing strategies within established guardrails.
• Monitor fintech market trends and competitive threats to inform product strategy.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and model financial outcomes to ensure P&L accountability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, fintech, or SaaS business management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship or relocation provided.
• Proven track record of managing or influencing a P&L with strong financial acumen.
• Deep understanding of financial services economics including pricing and margin management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
