What you will do

• Develop and execute a sales vision and strategy to maximize revenue across strategic Financial Services accounts.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations and structure multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene, reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Evangelize the hirify.global brand using a value-selling approach to promote AI and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and global systems integrators to ensure value delivery and successful implementations.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to provide thought leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of solution/value selling experience.
• 3+ years of enterprise account experience selling to Financial Services or Banking customers.
• Proven ability to communicate AI capabilities, ROI metrics, and implementation strategies to C-suite executives.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, KYC/AML, and vendor risk assessments.
• Strong track record of year-over-year quota attainment and growing enterprise portfolios.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including international travel.
