What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers in CX, digital transformation, and operations.
• Develop strategic outbound motions to penetrate top-tier accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing and solutions engineering to refine the GTM strategy.
• Create and maintain custom AI workflows for account intelligence and objection handling.
• Consistently exceed revenue targets and quota.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in AI, CX, or automation.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
• Expertise in multi-threading complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Power-user of AI tools with the ability to build custom agents and prompts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
