What you will do

• Manage and grow the existing revenue base by taking ownership of customer relationships following the sales process.
• Drive customer retention by encouraging longer-term contract commitments.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities, including upselling, cross-selling, and recurring revenue expansion.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans and conduct regular QBRs to align on objectives and demonstrate value.
• Maintain relationships with executive and senior stakeholders within customer organisations.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and service improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
• Proven commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue retention and growth.
• Strong negotiation and de-escalation skills for managing challenging customer conversations.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London.

Nice to have

• Previous experience within a SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, or technology-led business.
