Regional Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to drive high-touch pre-sales technical activities.
• Conduct technical qualification and Proof of Value (POV) evaluations for end-user accounts.
• Develop detailed Security Assessment Reports following POV evaluations to drive customer buy-in.
• Train distributors and partner SEs on deploying successful POVs and creating assessment reports.
• Liaise between customers and corporate headquarters to resolve technical issues and communicate requirements.
• Monitor the regional competitive landscape and market developments to help achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• Experience in the IT security business with a strong background in pre-sales and networking.
• Technical proficiency in the OSI model, IPv4/6, routing, switching, and DNS.
• Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM products, and SSL interceptors.
• Familiarity with hacking tools, exploitation methodologies, and malware evasion techniques.
• Must be based in Singapore and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proven ability to use AI technologies to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
