Channel Solution Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore; regular travel across Southeast Asia required, up to 50%, including on-site evaluation coordination.

What you will do

• Enable distributors, systems integrators, managed service providers, and industrial automation partners to qualify, position, demonstrate, and size hirify.global solutions.
• Prepare partner field engineers to install evaluation sensors and appliances according to hirify.global designs, including physical placement, cabling, and network connections.
• Guide local logistics, site access, scheduling, on-site coordination, evaluation execution, and safe equipment handback.
• Design and maintain partner certification pathways, curricula, demo scripts, sizing guides, reference architectures, and competitive positioning materials.
• Support partner-sourced opportunities, coach sellers in customer situations, act as the regional technical escalation point, and share field requirements with Product and Product Marketing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience and at least 3 years in pre-sales or solution architecture for a technical product.
• Experience working with channel partners such as value-added resellers, global system integrators, OEMs, and technology partners.
• Experience with OT and industrial sectors including oil and gas, power, water, mining, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, passive monitoring, and collection design.
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, and technical enablement skills.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia regularly, up to 50%.
