What you will do
- Perform professional vehicle inspections and complete accurate reports according to SAC quality standards.
- Meet and build rapport with sellers to create a positive first impression and guide them through the check-in process.
- Identify seller motivations using qualifying questions to assist the closing team.
- Support the closing of deals through negotiation, perceived value increase, and objection handling.
- Manage and forward documentation for accepted offers to the operations team.
- Maintain a professional image during seller send-offs to encourage future referrals.
Requirements
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Valid KSA Driving License.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical inspection or customer service.
- Diploma or Degree qualification.
- Strong vehicle inspection and sales skills.
