What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and unit economics for the Work Guarantees program.
• Build and operate AI observability infrastructure to detect anomalies and provide proactive intervention surfaces.
• Translate complex legal and operational requirements into intuitive customer experiences.
• Partner with engineering, data science, finance, and legal teams to ship scalable, defensible programs.
• Use quantitative analysis and customer insights to drive prioritization and measure business outcomes.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and pattern analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the United States
• Demonstrated ownership of product programs at the intersection of design and operational outcomes.
• Experience shipping LLM-based or AI-assisted features in consumer or marketplace products.
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to stress-test unit economics.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders including legal, finance, and engineering.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments with high accountability.
