What you will do

• Own the product strategy and full lifecycle for platform capabilities focusing on administration and collaboration.
• Drive API-first product strategies to enable integrations, flexibility, and platform extensibility.
• Act as the voice of the customer for workspace administrators, utilizing market insights and user feedback.
• Define and deliver intuitive workspace management experiences across multiple products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align product vision and execution.
• Define success metrics and monitor KPIs to guide data-driven product improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management within enterprise technology environments.
• Proven experience leading products focused on administrator, purchaser, or enterprise user personas.
• Strong understanding of API-first development and platform product management principles.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for executives and engineering teams.
• Expertise in defining and optimizing product success metrics and KPIs.
