Finance Business Partner (Hotels Network & Performance)

What you will do

• Establish and deliver overarching performance metrics across the hotel fleet.
• Identify systemic issues and partner with State Managers to implement turnaround strategies.
• Collaborate with Capital, Property, and Strategy teams to guide major investment choices.
• Utilize guest data to generate commercial insights that fuel growth.
• Act as the single source of truth for portfolio performance analytics.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a relevant finance or analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• CA or CPA qualification (or currently working towards it).
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in tools such as GCP, Excel, and Google Suite.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional partnership.
