What you will do

• Deliver pricing insights and recommendations that support sustainable growth and customer value.
• Develop and enhance actuarial models for pricing strategy and commercial decision-making.
• Analyse complex business and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive automation and analytical improvements to strengthen pricing capability and efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to influence strategic decisions.
• Coach colleagues and share technical expertise to improve team capability.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data and supporting business decisions.
• Experience using data, modelling, and programming tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Ability to translate technical analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
• Actuarial or quantitative expertise in mathematics, statistics, economics, or data science.
• Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative partnership skills.
• Progress towards professional actuarial qualifications is welcomed.
