Head of FP&A

What you will do

• Build the FP&A function end-to-end, including systems, models, frameworks, and operating rhythms.
• Lead implementation of a dedicated FP&A platform integrated with NetSuite.
• Own long-range planning, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, and the group financial model.
• Design and maintain a three-way model covering the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Prepare Board and ELT reporting with performance commentary, variance analysis, and forward-looking insights.
• Partner with the CFO, CEO, and functional leaders on strategy, fundraising, budgeting, and performance management.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of Big 4 experience in Audit and Assurance.
• Prior experience as a Head of FP&A in a scaling business, preferably a marketplace.
• Experience implementing or operating FP&A systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Excel modelling capability with strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on leadership, strong ownership, sound judgement, and the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools or data visualisation platforms.
• Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, or Board-level modelling.
• Experience in fast-growing, ambiguous environments with evolving systems.
