What you will do

• Provide key technical support for digital IC design implementation.
• Apply RTL-to-GDSII design methodology to challenging low-power and high-performance designs.
• Handle floorplan, partition, place, CTS, and routing tasks.
• Perform STA timing closure, physical verification, RC extraction, and power network analysis.
• Lead team members and manage routine assignments independently.

Requirements

• Master's degree with less than 1 year of experience or Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in IC design.
• Strong ability to understand and articulate technical issues related to design products.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Working knowledge of shell, Perl, or Tcl scripting languages.
• English: Good communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a multi-national IC design house.
• Familiarity with EDI/Innovus products.
• Advanced degree (MS).
