What you will do

• Oversee multiple hardware projects in parallel, managing the entire lifecycle from R&D to mass production.
• Define and develop PCBA requirements and select optimal architectures for new product development.
• Review PCBA designs for safety, reliability, and DFMEA to ensure high design quality.
• Implement systematical problem-solving approaches to identify root causes and execute correction plans.
• Conduct Design Verification Tests (DVT) during EB builds to evaluate PCBA robustness.
• Collaborate with PCBA suppliers and internal design teams to develop robust software control algorithms and logics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Shenzhen, China
• Languages: Fluent in Chinese and good proficiency in English
• At least 5+ years of experience in PCBA design and manufacture for home appliances or similar electronics.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related majors.
• Strong knowledge of power supply, microprocessor, sensor, heater, and motor control design/verification.
• Proficiency in schematic design, PCB layout, circuit simulation, and EMC design/testing.
• Knowledge of safety standards (UL and IEC) and reliability tools (DFMEA, RCA).

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics project management.
