What you will do

• Execute custom layout floorplans, matching guides, and resistor/capacitor placement.
• Perform sensitive signal and mixed-signal routing while minimizing coupling and noise.
• Manage top-level hierarchy floorplanning for blocks and power distribution.
• Design high-speed mixed-signal PHY components including SerDes, USB, and DDR.
• Collaborate closely with analog circuit design teams to optimize layout efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• BSEE degree with 2+ years of experience in analog/custom layout for advanced technology nodes.
• Proficiency with layout editing and verification tools such as Virtuoso XL, Pegasus, and Calibre.
• Experience with EMIR tools like Voltus-FI.
• Hands-on expertise in conducting DRC, LVS, ERC, and EMIR analysis with solution recommendations.
• English proficiency required for effective communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with PERC runs.
• Hands-on experience with FinFET layout.
• Knowledge of ESD/Latch-up design.
• Experience collaborating with digital P&R teams.
