Lead Product Engineer (Analog Simulation)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for Spectre-based analog simulation flows, including schematic and MMSIM.
• Assist foundry teams in the development and maintenance of PDKs and associated QA flows.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to communicate customer feedback and track issue resolution.
• Lead foundry-related customer engagements focusing on tool usage and issue reproduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EE or CS with 3+ years of experience in an IC design house or foundry (MS preferred).
• Experience with spice and fast spice level simulation (e.g., Spectre, Hspice, Hsim, Ultrasim).
• Experience with analog/mixed signal pre-layout and post-layout simulation (e.g., AMS designer, XA-VCS).
• Knowledge of transistor level reliability and EM/IR analysis.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
