What you will do

• Own the product vision and strategy to establish vendor promotions as a key lever for marketplace success.
• Lead in-depth product discovery and optimization to build a sustainable, world-class e-commerce product.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of commercial managers, data scientists, analysts, UX researchers, and engineers.
• Align product agendas and secure buy-in from global and regional C-level stakeholders.
• Act as a product champion and mentor within the global product community.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building digital growth or promotions products in high-performance environments.
• Highly analytical profile with the ability to justify the product agenda using data and expected impact.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a very high degree of ownership.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for navigating complex organizational environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin campus 2 days a week.
