What you will do

• Define long-term product strategy and set measurable quarterly product performance KPI goals.
• Evaluate and optimize project plans using a data-driven approach and stack ranking methods.
• Design and prioritize game features by leveraging quantitative user data and qualitative feedback.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features from design and execution to live iteration.
• Collaborate with developers and artists on game ideas, content creation, and data integration.
• Create detailed game design documents (GDD) that communicate requirements across disciplines.

Requirements

• Experience as a product manager on live free-to-play mobile games.
• Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency in SQL and dashboard creation.
• Ability to create product specifications, design documents, and white papers.
• Experience acting as a mentor to junior team members.
• BA/BS degree with a focus on data science or math, or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep passion for the games industry and up-to-date knowledge of current tech and trends.
