Senior Manager, Product Performance (Logistics)

Senior Manager, Product Performance (Logistics/Self-Service): Managing the performance and operational effectiveness of self-service products to maximize cost efficiency and customer experience with an accent on strategic alignment of OKRs and KPIs across central Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. Focus on leading end-to-end performance improvement initiatives and translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (office attendance 2 days a week)

What you will do

• Shape the strategic direction for Product Performance across Self-Service by aligning business priorities, OKRs, and performance KPIs.
• Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, structured delegation, and empathy.
• Lead end-to-end execution of performance improvement initiatives to deliver scalable solutions across global markets.
• Translate complex data into clear insights, benchmarks, and recommendations for senior leadership decisions.
• Build alignment with senior stakeholders to reduce redundancies and enable effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with data teams to co-create dashboards and visualizations that support organization-wide decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product performance, product operations, product analytics, strategy, or growth roles in a B2C tech or marketplace environment.
• 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and talent development.
• Proven ability to build alignment with senior stakeholders through structured communication.
• Strong business acumen linking product performance metrics to financial and operational outcomes.
• Proficiency in analytical problem-solving and understanding of A/B testing principles.
• Must be based in or eligible to relocate to Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL or data querying.
• Experience in global, multi-market environments.
