What you will do

• Translate patient engagement strategies into practical, study-level plans and operational deliverables.
• Coordinate the development of patient materials aligned with literacy, health literacy, and DEI guidelines.
• Identify and manage engagement with Patient Advocacy Groups and community organizations.
• Conduct patient feasibility activities, including collecting and summarizing insights from patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for travel and home health services to optimize the patient experience.
• Monitor implementation of engagement plans and track study impact metrics.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare organizations.
• Direct exposure to clinical trial operations and patient engagement activities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, or Peru.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting patient recruitment or clinical trial delivery.
• Familiarity with patient-centered research or patient advocacy engagement.
