TL;DR

Project Manager (Biometrics): Managing end-to-end clinical biometrics project teams and deliverables with an accent on cross-functional collaboration, timeline management, and financial oversight. Focus on ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating issue resolution, and maintaining strong client relationships across complex global studies.

Location: Must be based in or near Mississauga, Ontario, with a hybrid requirement of 2-3 days per week in the office.

Salary: $1 - $2 CAD

What you will do

  • Manage biometrics project teams including Data Management, Biostatistics, and Medical Writing from start-up to closeout.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Coordinate team meetings, maintain project timelines, milestones, and action items.
  • Oversee project financials, including monthly accruals, invoice generation, and change order identification.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while facilitating issue resolution.
  • Support business development activities including RFPs, RFIs, and contract scope development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences required.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Pharma/CRO industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Solid knowledge of Biometrics services, FDA regulations, and drug development processes.
  • Good understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MS Project.

Nice to have

  • MBA or PMP certification.
