Clinical Project Manager

What you will do

• Develop study start-up activities, project plans, timelines, milestones, reporting schedules, and communication processes.
• Manage project resources, budgets, billing, forecasting, scope reviews, amendments, and pass-through costs.
• Coordinate data collection and site management with internal and external teams.
• Lead project training, establish performance expectations, and coach project team members in collaboration with department managers.
• Support business development meetings, professional events, and investigator presentations.
• Coordinate submission activities and oversee project closeout through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a background in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare is highly desirable.
• Previous management or project experience in clinical development of investigational medications.
• 1–3 years of clinical trials experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization, preferably in project management.
• Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and travel 0–20% as required.

Nice to have

• Medical imaging experience.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Access, and Microsoft Project.
