hirify.global is building an AI operating system for home service businesses, replacing manual workflows with AI agents for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end enablement function and build it into a scalable system from the ground up.
• Create training in multiple formats, including job aids, videos, and in-product guidance.
• Design enablement journeys around key customer interaction moments to ensure low-friction adoption.
• Bridge the gap between traditional contractor workflows and AI-driven operations.
• Develop a certification program to make customer proficiency measurable.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building training, enablement, or instructional content used for tool adoption.
• Proven track record of designing and building enablement programs from scratch.
• Ability to independently produce content, such as videos and walkthroughs, without a large team.
• AI-native mindset, using tools like Claude daily to analyze friction and generate documentation.
• Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
• Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) or tools like ServiceTitan.
