Salary: $140,000–$175,000

- Design competency-based programs to strengthen clinical expertise and consultative sales execution.

- Partner with sales leadership to assess skill gaps and deploy targeted coaching solutions.
- Leverage AI, advanced analytics, and digital platforms to scale training impact and personalize learning.
- Establish performance indicators to align training efforts with business outcomes and field adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years of sales experience in life sciences or medical device required.
- 3+ years in sales training or coaching required.
- Proven experience developing training programs.
- Strong clinical and business acumen with the ability to coach frontline managers.
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms and data-driven performance tracking.
