What you will do

• Develop and maintain statistical and consensus demand forecasts for lower extremity product lines.
• Analyze historical data, trends, and market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to incorporate business insights into forecasts.
• Participate in SIOP processes, including demand review and reconciliation meetings.
• Monitor forecast performance using key metrics such as MAPE and bias.
• Ensure data integrity within planning systems and communicate risks and assumptions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain planning roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience working with forecasting tools or ERP systems.
• Full-time work authorization in the USA is required; no sponsorship (H-1B, etc.) is provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kinaxis (RapidResponse/Maestro) or similar advanced planning systems.
• Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods like ARIMA or exponential smoothing.
• Proficiency in SQL or comparable data querying tools.
• Deep understanding of S&OP/SIOP processes.
