What you will do

• Drive product strategy and execution for the hirify.global Growth initiative.
• Conduct customer research to identify and validate high-impact opportunities.
• Define MVPs and prioritize feature sets based on customer insights.
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to ship products rapidly.
• Measure success via appointment conversion, no-show reduction, and patient retention metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to bring products to market.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of building customer-facing SaaS products.
• Strong skills in customer discovery and complex problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Must be based in New York, NY to comply with the hybrid work policy.

• Experience with startup environments or 0→1 product launches.
