Salary: $130,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Identify and solve friction points across the entire consumer journey, from onboarding to rewards and payments.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear, incremental milestones for the product team.
• Use AI-forward tools to prototype, iterate, and ship consumer-facing improvements.
• Analyze customer data, support tickets, and app reviews to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment on product tradeoffs.
• Build scalable solutions that serve diverse partner programs and product lines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing products.
• Mobile-first product experience and a strong sense of design and user experience.
• Proven ability to ship well-crafted consumer work and explain complex tradeoffs to cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decision-making.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments.
• Background in fintech, payments, credit products, or regulated consumer environments.
• Deep analytical experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
