Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the RCM product suite roadmap, setting strategy and priorities from ideation to execution.
• Translate complex dental insurance rules and CDT coding logic into intuitive, scalable software features.
• Utilize AI tooling (Claude) to build clickable prototypes and rapidly test concepts with real users.
• Collaborate with engineering to assess technical feasibility and make efficient trade-offs using real workflow data.
• Optimize the billing funnel to reduce claim denials and accelerate reimbursement for providers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of agile software development experience, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation).
• Domain expertise in dental billing, electronic claims submission, or insurance adjudication.
• AI-native mindset with high proficiency in using tools like Claude for rapid prototyping.
• Ability to analyze product usage metrics and algorithmic accuracy for automated coding.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with machine learning or AI models.
• Experience working in other regulated healthcare or dental environments.
