What you will do

• Drive organizational effectiveness and functional readiness across local and regional Wholesale organizations, including org design, governance, and decision-rights improvements.
• Use people analytics and engagement/performance signals to identify bottlenecks and design targeted interventions that improve agility, collaboration, and accountability.
• Lead culture and change management across Wholesale, including narrative, communications, stakeholder engagement, change impact, and resistance management.
• Own talent and workforce strategy (workforce planning, critical roles, succession pipelines, and build/buy/borrow decisions) in partnership with HR Centers of Expertise.
• Strengthen leadership capability and scale upskilling/reskilling through digital and blended learning solutions and development programs.
• Support integration of acquired businesses by aligning structures, ways of working, and culture while standardizing core HR practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years in HR with significant experience as a senior HRBP in complex, multi-state environments across consumer/technology/industrial/healthcare industries.
• Experience leading organization/function/team transformation with measurable adoption and business impact.
• Strong background in organizational development (org design, role clarity, governance, spans/layers, decision rights, and org health interventions).
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and capability frameworks/career architecture (critical roles, succession, workforce shaping).
• Proven change leadership and adoption experience, with strong stakeholder management across diverse geographies.
• Ability to ensure compliance with local labor law and enterprise HR governance.
