Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leaders on workforce and organizational strategies.
- Translate business objectives into HR initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
- Develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage complex employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct internal investigations.
- Drive performance management processes and implement leadership development programs.
- Utilize Power BI and workforce metrics to identify trends and report insights to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP leadership.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of partnering directly with senior executives and business leaders.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, talent management, and organizational development.
- Must be based onsite in San Jose, California.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience supporting multi-site, national, or global organizations.
- Experience leading complex organizational transformations.
