TL;DR

Location: Onsite in San Jose, California, USA

Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leaders on workforce and organizational strategies.
  • Translate business objectives into HR initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
  • Develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage complex employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct internal investigations.
  • Drive performance management processes and implement leadership development programs.
  • Utilize Power BI and workforce metrics to identify trends and report insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP leadership.
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of partnering directly with senior executives and business leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Must be based onsite in San Jose, California.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience supporting multi-site, national, or global organizations.
  • Experience leading complex organizational transformations.
