What you will do

  • Design and own a continuous launch program that scales with the release process.
  • Deliver field enablement to help customer-facing teams position new capabilities and win deals.
  • Own competitive and voice-of-customer intelligence, turning it into messaging, battlecards, and playbooks.
  • Use AI to build a repeatable product content workflow across formats and channels.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of Tier 1 launches, including strategy, cross-functional coordination, execution, and measurement.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Sales, and CS to align on shared outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience building launch programs from scratch (not only running them).
  • Strong positioning and product content instincts, with ability to produce high-performing content across formats and channels.
  • Expertise using AI tools to build efficient solutions to complex challenges.
  • Strong project management skills with ownership of multi-stage, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Technical aptitude to translate complex concepts into compelling stories.

Nice to have

  • Experience in privacy, security, or another trust-driven B2B category with complex competitive dynamics.
  • Experience owning competitive intelligence programs that informed product roadmap decisions.
  • Experience building AI-driven workflows that improve how teams work.
