TL;DR

Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI): Leading positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for an AI-native social commerce platform with an accent on competitive differentiation and sales enablement. Focus on crafting compelling narratives, launching new product capabilities, and scaling the product marketing function in a high-growth startup environment.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Hybrid in NYC/Palo Alto)

Compensation: $150,000 – $185,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging across enterprise, mid-market, and emerging brand segments.
  • Own end-to-end product launches, including naming, internal enablement, and campaign execution.
  • Build competitive intelligence programs and create battle cards to support the sales team.
  • Produce high-impact sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators.
  • Partner with sales to refine buyer personas and improve win rates through market insights.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and market trends to influence product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning positioning and messaging for technical products.
  • Strong experience building sales enablement programs in partnership with sales teams.
  • Ability to conduct competitive analysis and translate findings into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in martech, social media platforms, or commerce software.
  • Background working at a company through Series A or Series B growth phases.
  • Experience launching AI-powered products or platforms.
  • History of working closely with enterprise sales teams.
