Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Hybrid in NYC/Palo Alto)
Compensation: $150,000 – $185,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Develop and refine positioning and messaging across enterprise, mid-market, and emerging brand segments.
- Own end-to-end product launches, including naming, internal enablement, and campaign execution.
- Build competitive intelligence programs and create battle cards to support the sales team.
- Produce high-impact sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators.
- Partner with sales to refine buyer personas and improve win rates through market insights.
- Synthesize customer feedback and market trends to influence product strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning positioning and messaging for technical products.
- Strong experience building sales enablement programs in partnership with sales teams.
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and translate findings into actionable strategy.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in martech, social media platforms, or commerce software.
- Background working at a company through Series A or Series B growth phases.
- Experience launching AI-powered products or platforms.
- History of working closely with enterprise sales teams.
