Location: Hybrid (Foster City, CA). In-office requirement: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage the marketing department's budget end-to-end, tracking spend and partnering with Finance on forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee hiring operations, including headcount planning, requisition tracking, and standardizing interview processes.
• Coordinate across marketing functions (brand, demand gen, product marketing, comms) for tactical updates and team-wide readouts.
• Partner directly with the CMO to develop board decks, executive readouts, and high-level strategy documents.
• Maintain oversight of the marketing tech stack, managing vendor evaluations, procurement, and onboarding.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or a similar role supporting senior marketing leaders.
• Strong financial acumen and experience owning and communicating budgets to executives.
• Proven experience in recruiting operations and partnering with Talent Acquisition teams.
• Excellent presentation skills with a track record of building executive-level decks.
• Familiarity with common marketing tech stack tools (automation, analytics, project management).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Foster City, CA office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
