What you will do

• Lead industrialization of packaging and product innovation projects across manufacturing facilities, including managing PIM team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the manufacturing plant and cross-functional teams such as PMO, R&I, and Quality.
• Own and coordinate the weekly trial schedule, defining success criteria and managing root cause analysis for any breakdowns.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure processes, equipment, and site capabilities meet standards for quality, food safety, and scalability.
• Oversee the initial product production phase and ensure a smooth transition of ownership to quality and production teams.
• Collaborate with plant operations and maintenance to integrate design considerations into seamless operational implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, or a closely related field.
• 10 to 15+ years of relevant progressive experience in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations, including PMO, 3A, and FDA knowledge.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing/walking for 8-12 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
