What you will do

• Manage the profitable operation of the plant, ensuring orders meet quality, time, and cost parameters.
• Oversee all internal functions including production, accounting, P&L, budgeting, and maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and environmentally sound work environment in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead quality systems and ensure strict ISO compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational focus areas.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic manufacturing plans and manage capital budgets.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent education.
• 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of administrative and plant engineering functions.
• Expertise in TQM, ISO standards, and continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of labor and safety laws.
• Proven leadership and human relations skills.
