What you will do

  • Develop and maintain the site LMS strategy, roadmap, and assessment processes.
  • Coach and mentor frontline employees, supervisors, and site leaders on LMS methods and tools.
  • Partner with pillar leaders to implement improvements in safety, quality, and maintenance.
  • Analyze performance data, loss trees, and downtime to prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to eliminate waste and optimize operational costs.
  • Define and sustain site leadership cadences, including governance meetings and pillar reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CPG manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
  • Proven experience with TPM, Lean, WCM, or similar performance improvement systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical action plans.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work flexible or extended hours, including weekends as needed.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
