What you will do

• Own the end-to-end performance of the sales-to-install process and drive operational transformation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify bottlenecks, reduce order fallout, and improve installation success rates.
• Partner with Field Operations, IT, and Sales to align installation capacity with demand.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for AI, automation, and digital capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish operational governance and deliver data-driven performance updates to senior leadership.
• Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to simplify operations and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, sales operations, or telecommunications.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across multiple business functions without direct authority.
• Advanced proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional operational initiatives.
• Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills.
