What you will do

• Manage and support a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure quality patient care and efficient daily operations.
• Monitor workload distribution and workflow queues to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Oversee dock operations, including safety protocols and inbound/outbound freight flow.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, feedback, and professional development for team members.
• Handle escalated patient concerns and resolve complex operational issues.
• Ensure team compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be able to work fully onsite in Chesterfield, MO.
• 2-3 years of experience in an operational or team-support environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on coaching and team culture.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain organization under pressure.
• Comfortable using data tools and workflow platforms to monitor performance.
• Availability for evening shifts and rotating Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Prior supervisory experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with pharmacy or healthcare regulatory requirements.
