What you will do

• Lead the Logistics and Impound Recovery departments to ensure efficient vehicle transportation and recovery across North America.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase transaction speed, reduce costs, and optimize operational performance.
• Manage strategic relationships with transportation carriers, tow companies, and roadside assistance providers.
• Develop executive reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into operational metrics and departmental KPIs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Fleet Strategy, Operations, Procurement, and Accounting to support business objectives.
• Mentor and develop a team of 8–12 employees, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the car rental industry, fleet management, or transportation logistics.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing third-party transportation providers and negotiating vendor contracts.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
