What you will do

• Lead all operational functions for the Procurement team, including Purchasing, Vendor Management, and Procurement Systems.
• Manage the full P2P process, overseeing the cycle from purchase requisition to the delivery of goods.
• Drive the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of procurement tools.
• Design and standardize scalable purchasing processes and principles to meet future buying needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to define requirements, test, and launch system solutions.
• Identify and track measurable procurement metrics to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management.
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Deep understanding of full P2P processes and procurement toolsets.
• Proven track record of establishing work processes, quality standards, and policies in procurement.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA, United States
