What you will do

• Build and manage senior relationships with assigned GSIs to execute joint business plans.
• Create joint value propositions and drive the sale of hirify.global solutions to end customers.
• Generate and qualify new leads through networking, prospecting, and targeted sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product Management to productize repeatable custom work into packaged offerings.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple sales engagements from pipeline development to contract negotiations.
• Represent the company at GSI and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience establishing ISV partnerships with GSIs, from identification to revenue materialization.
• Deep consultative selling experience and executive relationships in financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and sell multi-million dollar value propositions to C-suite executives.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies within a channel distribution environment.
• Ability to travel.
