What you will do

• Develop and own the SI and Consultant channel program strategy to recruit and scale global partnerships.
• Manage primary relationships with key consulting partners to create joint go-to-market plans and co-sell motions.
• Build partner enablement programs, including training, certifications, and technical resources for SI teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify and pursue co-sell opportunities for digital asset infrastructure and tokenization.
• Create joint solution offerings targeting asset tokenization, digital custody, and payments infrastructure.
• Define and track partnership KPIs and regularly report progress to leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or alliances with a significant focus on GSI and consulting firms.
• Proven track record of scaling SI partnerships at high-growth fintech, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS companies.
• Deep understanding of SI practice models, delivery structures, and GTM motions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust with senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Must be based in New York (for remote or HQ-based employment).
